Seyfullah H. Özkutlu was born in 1975 in Isparta, Turkey. He completed his education at the Faculty of Dentistry, Ege University, between 1995 and 2000. From 2006 to 2022, he worked at Sakarya Oral and Dental Health Hospital. Since 2022, he has been practicing as a dentist at EvDiş. 
He is married and has one child.
